In Loving Memory of Late Mr. Gordian Obioma Nwokeji (A.K.A. "De Gaulle of France")
With gratitude to God for a life well spent, yet with hearts filled with sorrow, the family of Late Mr. Gordian Obioma Nwokeji, fondly known as "De Gaulle of France," of Umuogbu Amanato Ozuakoli, Urualla, Ideato North Local Government Area, Imo State, announces his glorious transition to eternal rest.
Late Mr. Gordian Nwokeji peacefully departed this life after a brief illness on 6th May, 2026, at the age of 82 years. He was a devoted husband, a loving father, a caring brother, a dependable uncle, and a cherished grandfather whose life was marked by humility, faith, kindness, and unwavering dedication to his family and community.
His legacy of integrity, wisdom, compassion, and service will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him. Though his physical presence will be deeply missed, the memories he created and the values he imparted will remain forever in the hearts of those he loved.
Late Mr. Gordian Obioma Nwokeji is survived by his beloved wife, children, grandchildren, sister, and many other relatives and loved ones, who will forever cherish his memory.
May the Almighty God grant him eternal rest and comfort all who mourn his passing.
